Terms of Service
Effective date: January 10, 2025
1. Definitions
- User / You / Account Holder: Any individual or entity who creates an account on the Site and agrees to these Terms.
- Telegram Ecosystem: User-owned Telegram assets including Bots, Channels, Mini Apps, and Personal Accounts.
- CAPI: Conversion APIs provided by platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and others.
- Ad Provider Account: User accounts on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, or similar advertising platforms.
- End-User: Any person who interacts with the User's Telegram Ecosystem or domains.
- End-User Data: Personal data collected from End-Users and processed by TG Tracker on the User's behalf in accordance with our DPA.
- Site / Platform: All pages, services, and features accessible via https://tg-tracker-one.vercel.app.
2. Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of TG Tracker and its creators. This includes images, text, logos, documents, and all other materials. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.
3. Acceptable Use
As a user of our Site, you agree to use the platform legally and not to:
- Violate the rights of other users of the Site
- Violate the intellectual property rights of TG Tracker or any third party
- Hack into another user's account
- Act in any way that could be considered fraudulent
- Post, transmit, or promote any content that is illegal or harmful
We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your access if you use our Site illegally or in violation of these Terms.
4. Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Be solely responsible for your account security, including passwords and sensitive information
- Provide accurate, up-to-date personal information and update it if it changes
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will provide 24 hours' notice by email. We may suspend immediately without notice if your conduct poses a security risk or if required by law enforcement.
5. Services
The following services are available on the platform:
- Connect and manage your Telegram ecosystem and end-user interactions
- Connect Ad Provider tracking assets (e.g. Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads) to attribute in-Telegram actions to advertisements
- Purchase or connect domains via Cloudflare
- Create redirect pages to capture tracking parameters and match them to Telegram user actions
- Create message flows to automate Telegram Bot responses
- View and visualize end-user data and analytics
- Send Telegram push notifications to end-users
- Communicate with end-users via chat interface through Telegram Bots or personal accounts
- Integrate external event sources (e.g. purchases) and forward them to Ad Provider accounts
Services are paid for using Site credits. Pricing is displayed on the Site and may be updated. Changes apply only to future purchases and do not affect credits already acquired.
TG Tracker does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of attribution data, as this depends on external systems and factors outside our control.
6. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit card (processed via third-party processors — we do not store card details)
- Cryptocurrency
6.1 Credit-Based System
The Site operates on a credit-based billing system. Payments ("Top-Ups") purchase non-refundable, non-transferable digital credits ("Credits").
- Credits have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash
- Credits are denominated in USD for convenience only
- Unused credits can only be spent on services within the Site
- Credits are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred between accounts
We reserve the right to suspend access if your credit balance falls below $0 USD until restored.
6.2 Free Credits
Upon registration, each user receives free credits. Free credits are promotional, non-refundable, and count as spent credits when calculating any refund amount.
6.3 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may immediately deduct the value from your credit balance and may suspend your account if the balance becomes negative.
6.4 Refunds
Refunds may be issued for unused prepaid value. The refundable amount is calculated as:
Refundable Balance = Total Real-Money Payments − Cost of Services Already Consumed
- Minimum refund request: $5 USD
- Maximum one refund request per calendar month
- Refunds may be issued via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or other reasonable methods
- Once agreed, we have up to 10 business days to issue the refund
7. Limitation of Liability
TG Tracker and its directors, officers, agents, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, or expenses including legal fees arising from your use of the Site. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and third-party platform policies. Any liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the incident.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TG Tracker and its affiliates from any claims arising out of:
- Your use of the Site
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
- Any content you submit or actions you take through the Site
9. Service Availability
- We target but do not guarantee 99% monthly service availability
- Temporary interruptions, maintenance, or force majeure events may occur
- Service unavailability or data loss does not constitute grounds for refunds except where required by law
10. API Usage
- Users must comply with all API documentation, limits, and usage rules
- We may implement rate limits at any time to ensure platform stability
- Users may not bypass rate limits, access unauthorized endpoints, or use the API in any deceptive manner
- We may suspend accounts for API abuse
11. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring all activities comply with applicable laws and third-party terms, including:
- Telegram Terms of Service
- Meta Advertising Policies
- Google Ads Policies
- TikTok Ads Policies
- Applicable privacy and consumer-protection regulations
We are not liable for enforcement actions or penalties incurred by the User.
12. Messaging & Automation
- You must obtain all necessary consents before sending automated messages or notifications
- The Site may not be used to send spam or unsolicited messages
- You are fully responsible for message content, frequency, and legal compliance
- We may suspend access for suspected spam or abusive messaging
13. Referrals
At our discretion, referral and coupon codes may be issued. New users registering with a referral code may receive additional free credits or discounts.
Referred users must not be existing clients, employees, or internal accounts of the referrer. Referrals must not be used to circumvent platform rules or create duplicate accounts.
We reserve the right to revoke future referral rewards in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will first be submitted to mediation with a mutually agreed neutral mediator. Both parties retain the right to bring actions in small claims court or seek injunctive relief.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

17. Customer Declaration & Warranty
