Security Overview

Last updated: December 6, 2025

TG Tracker implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk involved in processing personal data on behalf of our customers. The measures below are designed to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

Access Controls

Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only. Role-based access controls limit exposure on a need-to-know basis.

Encryption in Transit

Data in transit is encrypted for the TG Tracker dashboard and for customer domains where Security is set to Full on Cloudflare. Encryption for customer domains depends on correct Cloudflare configuration by the customer.

Encryption at Rest

Personal data stored in our databases is encrypted at rest where appropriate to protect against unauthorized access.

Logging & Monitoring

Records and monitoring systems track events and requests made to the platform and are retained for a reasonable period of time to support incident investigation.

Incident Response

We maintain documented procedures for detecting, reporting, and responding to data security incidents, including breach notification to affected customers within 72 hours.

Backups

System-wide regular backups are performed and retained for a reasonable period of time to enable recovery in the event of data loss or system failure.

Regular Security Reviews

Security measures are reviewed on a regular basis and updated as necessary to address new threats and ensure continued compliance with applicable data protection laws.

This Security Overview is provided for transparency purposes only and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee. The measures described may be updated from time to time as technology and threats evolve. For questions about our security practices, contact us at noreply.tgtrackerx@gmail.com.
